The Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Machine for PP-R, PP-B, PP-A, PVC, PE, PE-X Pipes is engineered in compliance with international standards including ISO 1167 and ASTM D-1598. It is primarily intended for testing plastic pipes and composite pipes, including PP-R, PP-B, PP-A, PVC, PE, PE-X, and more.
The machine supports two core testing modes:
1. Applying a specified constant hydrostatic pressure to the pipe and maintaining it for a predefined duration (per test requirements);
2. Applying a constant, rapid hydraulic pressure inside the pipe to induce specimen rupture within a short timeframe, followed by measuring the maximum pressure and subsequently calculating the ring stress.

Features of the Constant-Temperature Tank
1.The constant-temperature tank consists of the tank body, imported circulation pump, heating unit, and temperature maintenance system.
2.The tank body comprises a structural frame, a base, a 304# stainless steel inner bladder, and an outer casing made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy—ensuring structural durability and corrosion resistance.
3.Thick rigid polyurethane foam insulation is adopted, which effectively maintains temperature stability and delivers excellent energy efficiency, reducing unnecessary energy consumption during operation.
4.The constant-temperature tank cover can be fitted with an automatic lifting and closing mechanism, providing reliable performance and operational convenience for daily testing workflows.
